clickthesolution was started by two highly successful businessmen
with utterly different backgrounds.

Iain McCormick was trained as a clinical psychologist and holds a PhD in organisational psychology. He is a partner in clickthesolution and heads
the Executive Coaching Centre Limited in Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to this he held the following positions:
  • Managing Director of Aon Human Resources Consulting, Hong Kong

  • Managing Director of Renwick, McCormick a Hong Kong based
    consulting firm

  • Consulting Partner in the Deloitte working in Canada and New Zealand

He has twenty years of consulting experience in the Asia-Pacific Region.
His client list includes: Alcatel, BP, GE, Goldman Sachs, Marks and Spencer, Reuters, and Westfield.

He currently coaches a range of boards of directors, chief executives and other senior managers in New Zealand and Australia. He specialist areas are stress management, learning and development, human resource management and customer satisfaction. He lectures part-time at the University of Auckland.

Silvio Ferrero has a Diploma in Multimedia Design (London), a Certificate in Advanced Internet Training, Level 3 (Manchester University) and The Google Advertising Professional qualification. He is a partner in clickthesolution.

Silvio founded and ran Webdezines a web design and internet consultancy agency based in London, which was recently acquired by Windmill Partnership - a well known advertising and PR company in the UK.

He has been involved in the design, sales and marketing and account management of well over 150 websites. Prior to that he founded and ran ‘Bestitalian’ - a web portal specialising in the advertising of Italian products and services.

He has 20 years experience in growing IT and service-related businesses. His specialist areas are web design, web marketing, web advertising solutions, web based tools, search engine placement and optimisation.

His client list includes: Anite Group, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - London,  The University of Plymouth.
